Lydia A. Tkachenko, J.D., joined Rice University’s Office of Technology Transfer in January 2008 as Patent Manager. She earned her B.A. in Political Science from the University of Houston and worked in one of Houston’s largest law firm prior to entering law school. Since graduating cum laude from Thurgood Marshall School of Law she has gained experience in legal project management. She is a member of the Association of Women Attorneys, the Houston Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas.
